Oliver! was produced by the Cowichan Musical Society and performed at the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre, Duncan, (January 20-22, 2017) and at the Port Theatre, Nanaimo, (February 11-12). The music director for the rehearsals, Peter Yelland, was prevented from conducting the show for health reasons and a dedication was added to the program in his honour.
